Flash Expo is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with a purchase, we want to make it right.

1. Free AI Strategy Report

Our AI Trade Show Strategy Report is completely free. There is nothing to refund for this product.

2. Trade Show Domination Guide (eBook)

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all eBook sales are final. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the guide, please contact us at info@flashexpo.net and we will resolve it promptly.

3. Deep Strategy Report

Given the personalized and custom nature of the Deep Strategy Report, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with your report, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear explanation. We will either revise the report to meet your expectations or issue a full refund.

4. Team Training Program

If you have not yet accessed the training modules, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Once you have accessed 50% or more of the content, refunds will not be issued. If you experience technical issues accessing the program, please contact us immediately.

5. Group Participation Packages

Group participation packages involve third-party bookings for hotels, transport, and booth space. Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policies of those third-party providers. Flash Expo's service fee component may be refundable up to 14 days before the event, subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of purchase.
